We are two years into the pandemic and restaurants across the the country continue to open their doors. Many of those that closed in March 2020 have reopened but we are also seeing hundreds of new restaurants opening as well. Here’s a roundup of the restaurants and bars that opened in March that allow BYOB & have corkage fees. 

Oreatha’s at the Point in Atlanta

At Oreatha’s in Atlanta you will find complimentary wine and beer and BYOB with $25 corkage fee.

The restaurant showcases the global nature of food and ingredients through dishes prepared for dinner tables around the world. The restaurant is named in honor of her mother, and seeks the similarities among cuisines that, as VanTrece sees it, all begin with a mother’s cooking from the heart.

Sushi Blossoms in New York City

An omakase bar has made it’s debut in Manhattan NYC.Sushi Blossoms offers a 12-piece meal and a 17-course option, with foie gras. The restaurant has a $25 corkage fee for BYOB.

Thai Dee in San Antonio

Thai Dee ready to reopen it’s doors to guests for dine-in setting once again with free BYOB service!

Ssippi on in St. Louis

Natural wine bar ‘Ssippi opened earlier this month at 2926 Cherokee Street, revitalizing the space most recently occupied by Red Oak Biscuits.

Ssippi’s bar selection includes wines from around the world, with ten wines offered by the glass. There’s also a retail selection allowing you to take a bottle home or pop it open at the bar for an additional $12 corkage fee.

The results of the renovation are impressive, combining a modern aesthetic with it’s original touches like the white wall tiles that date to the building’s time as a butcher shop, and large mirrors behind the newly installed bar.
