CorkageFee.com and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “CorkagFee”) provide you services (collectively, “CorkageFee Services”) as used in this Privacy Policy, means the service for finding corkage fees, rating and reviewing restaurants for the wine experience, and other content (collectively, the “Content”) we think would be of interest to you, including all features and functionalities, website, and user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated with our service provided on CorkageFee’s website, web, mobile, and software applications (collectively, “CorkageFee Applications”).
This Privacy Policy covers the information collected from or about you and your activities when you use CorkageFee.
We receive and store information, including personal information, about you and your use of our service. This information is gathered in a number of ways, including when you enter it on our website and from interactions with the CorkageFee Services. Your Obligations. You must protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer and/or mobile device. Please sign off when you have finished using a shared computer. We will not ask for passwords in an email and you should assume that if you get such a request, it might be fraudulent. CorkageFee Applications that collect and store Personal Information allow you to correct, update or review information you have submitted by going back to the specific application, logging-in and making the desired changes. We do not share your name, or email address or any other personal information with third parties for the purpose of enabling them to send you information about their products or services.
Third-party service providers. Some elements or features of the CorkageFee Applications, such as the sponsored results advertising on our site, are supplied to us by third parties under contract.
