CorkageFee.com and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “CorkagFee”) provide you services (collectively, “CorkageFee Services”) as used in this Privacy Policy, means the service for finding corkage fees, rating and reviewing restaurants for the wine experience, and other content (collectively, the “Content”) we think would be of interest to you, including all features and functionalities, website, and user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated with our service provided on CorkageFee’s website, web, mobile, and software applications (collectively, “CorkageFee Applications”).
This Privacy Policy covers the information collected from or about you and your activities when you use CorkageFee.
We receive and store information, including personal information, about you and your use of our service. This information is gathered in a number of ways, including when you enter it on our website and from interactions with the CorkageFee Services. Your Obligations. You must protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer and/or mobile device. Please sign off when you have finished using a shared computer. Your emails to us are not necessarily secure against interception so do not include sensitive information in them. We will not ask for passwords in an email and you should assume that if you get such a request, it might be fraudulent. YOU MUST DO WHAT YOU REASONABLY CAN TO ENSURE THE SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

We will retain your Personal Information as long as your account is active or needed to provide you services. At any time you can remove your Personal Information or instruct us to remove it, but you should be aware that it is not technologically possible to remove each and every record of the information you have provided to CorkageFee from our servers. CorkageFee Applications that collect and store Personal Information allow you to correct, update or review information you have submitted by going back to the specific application, logging-in and making the desired changes. We will also retain your Personal Information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
We do not share your name, or email address or any other personal information with third parties for the purpose of enabling them to send you information about their products or services.
Third-party service providers. Some elements or features of the CorkageFee Applications, such as the sponsored results advertising on our site, are supplied to us by third parties under contract. We may supply some of the information we collect from you to those third parties so that they can provide those elements or features for display on the CorkageFee Applications. If you provide us with answers to voluntary survey questions, we may furnish this information to our advertisers and partners in the form of group statistics compiled from our users’ answers to such questions.

Although our website is a general audience site, we restrict the use of our service to individuals age 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
